Edit by randydorney: There’s two programs that will give you the Glass theme you are looking for. Most and best recommended theme to have its “FastAero“. Or “Vystal“. I’ve used Vystal and it’s ok. But fastaero is way better program to use and its faster than Vystal by overall performance.

Answer to your second question. In Blaero’s Start Orb, right click on it and go to preferences. A small window will open and it will give you some options to do to the start orb. When you are done making your changes, click ok.
